Our policies can be updated at any time to accommodate the customers at the discretion of Catskill Gifts Wholesale!
Catskill Gifts Wholesale sells by individual items, (called units), cases, or bulk.
Orders take 1-2 BUSINESS days for processing and 5-7 BUSINESS days for shipping, with a minimum of $8.95 for shipping or from 25% of the wholesale price which is equivalent to 10% of retail. We DO NOT offer RUSH or overnight shipping.
Catskill Gifts Wholesale ships anywhere in the USA. Orders going outside of the continental USA require additional shipping charges in which we will send you an email notification on any extra charges. We do not ship outside of the USA!
You can track your order in the above tab that is labeled “UPS TRACKING“. There is no tracking for packages going to a PO BOX.
Orders which have been submitted to Catskill Gifts with incorrect address information and have not been corrected before they are shipped will incur a $10.00 charge.
Incorrect address information would include but not limited to: [1] Missing apartment or suite number, wrong house number, missing company name, wrong zip code, multiple addresses listed in the street field, or any other error which would render the package undeliverable resulting in it being either returned to us, or held for correct address information by the carrier. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery.
We appreciate your cooperation.
If there is any problems with your order, correspondence will be completed via email. When contacting Catskill Gifts, please provide your information, your customers information, the invoice number, what the situation is, and how you wish us to remedy the situation.
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt via email. We will send a call tag to pick up the damaged item from you, and remedy the situation promptly. Damaged call tags are good for 1 week. If the damaged item is not in transit back to Catskill Gifts within 7 days after receipt of a call tag, additional charges will be issued.
We accept Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Money Orders, Business Checks, Bank Checks & Wire Transfers. (min $500 for wire transfers)

To receive notifications of specials or new arrivals, please subscribe to our site by using the RSS icon which can be found above in the address bar if you are using Firefox or in the toolbar if you are using internet explorer.
You may be able to subscribe to either the entire website and of new arrivals by subscribing on the main page or if you specialize in one or more categories, you can subscribe to the one or more categories by clicking on the RSS feed of those categories by using the RSS icon on that or those pages.
At your convenience, you will see any changes to the site in terms of new arrivals or specials which will always be posted on the main page and continued.
If you cancel an order after you have placed the order, and the order has been shipped, you are responsible for the shipping charges and may be liable for up to 25% restocking fees. There are NO Exceptions. If you are drop shipping, please know and educate your customers. It is your responsibility to make sure that everyone understands policies and shipping.
All merchandise is shipped from either our east-coast warehouse or west-coast warehouse, depending on availability.
Catskill Gifts Wholesale Dropshipping
Catskill Gifts * Catskill Gifts Wholesale has been wholesaling and dropshipping since 2001. No information for Catskill Gifts is present in any dropship order. There are no dropshipping fees, no membership fees, no additional fees of any kind for dropship orders. You are allowed to use pictures and descriptions that are the property of Catskill Gifts Wholesale for resale of items when you deal with Catskill Gifts Wholesale.
