ORDERING
$0 Min Order.  This means you can order 1 item, singles, cases, bulk. 

You Can "Place Your Order" via:

    Internet: off our secure website

    Email: Contact Us, with the name and number of item, quantity, and most important, all of your pertinent data, such as your shipping info, billing info, and payment info.

    Telephone: We still do things the 'ole fashion way' and do accept telephone orders for orders over $100.00

    NO C.O.D.'s, NO P.O.'s, NO NET 30/60/90, we apologize for this inconvenience.

OPENING AN ACCOUNT
To open an account with us, you must Register with us.

 

 

HOW TO ORDER
1. Please register, if you have not done so already.

2. View our Online Catalog from our MAIN DIRECTORY page and visit the categories of your choice.
3. Click on the shopping cart next to the item you wish to order; leave at 1 if single, if not, change to quantity that you wish. 

4. If continuing with purchase, then click on "Continue Shopping", if not then you may edit your order here, or if finalize, you may "Check Out".

5. Place your billing info in the first section, and your shipping info in the section below that.  If you are dropshipping, place your customer's info in the 2nd section.

6. Proceed to payment page, fill in the requested payment info and at the bottom, click "SUBMIT"

7. Please print the receipt page for your records.

8. When we process your order, you will receive an email stating in the subject line; "tracking number enclosed - do not delete.  Please do not delete this email because this is how you will track your order.  Follow instructions in email to track your order. 

9. When you or your customer receives the order, PLEASE, look over your order carefully.  If something is damaged or missing, use the "claim form" only.  Remember, there is a time limit for crediting, (see below).  Please, check your order immediately upon receipt.

10. Once you place the order with us, and an online order is generated, the item is considered sold.  So please make sure you know what you are ordering. 

 

If dropshipping, your customer does not see KNE Catskill Gifts Wholesale and there is no invoice with our information and prices inside the package(s).  There is a standard invoice with your info inside the package, again, with no prices, just a detail on items received and/or not available.


 

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you attempt cancel an order after you have placed the order, and the online order number has been generated, you are responsible for the shipping charges and restocking fees.  There is no one here waiting for you to cancel an order and we ship out orders as fast as possible.  You are responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fees upon cancelling any order after the online order has been generated, so know your customers and know what you are doing.

 

 

CLAIMS & DAMAGES
If you have Claims/Damages, please EMAIL us using the Claims & Damages Form located at the Main Directory or click here.  Fill out completely and in the comments section, simply write "damaged" and the the number of the item(s) damaged.  Example:  COMMENTS: "Damaged; 33248; 34221".  If a shipment or part of a shipment is missing, then the same applies.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL IN DAMAGES.  You may be required to take pictures of the damages, preferably digital to be sent by email, or if not available, paper photos forwarded to us at the address we will provide you via email.  UPON RECEIVING THE PICTURES, A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU WITHIN 24-48 HRS. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will provide you with an invoice number upon processing your order.  It will arrive to you via email, and it is your responsibility to make sure that your email is correct and that you do not lose or delete your tracking number's), when you place your order initially, that your email can accept our email from us and is NOT spam protected against our email, and with that, you can track your order approx 3 days after we process your order.

 

 

N.A. OR OUT OF STOCK
If an item or items is/are not available, we will not backorder and will refund your funds for any "N.A." or  "Out of Stock" item[s].  If an item is "Out of Stock" and is expected to be in within 24 hrs, we will contact you via email or telephone and see if you desire to wait the 24 hrs or to proceed with a refund.  If you receive a refund, please read your email because we will let you know via email why you are receiving a refund.  For example: N.A. = NOT AVAILABLE or DISC = DISCONTINUED

 

 

PAYMENT TERMS
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Money Orders, Bank Checks & Wire Transfers.  Funds need to clear before an order is shipped out.  Items returned for any other reason except for being damaged, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

 

 

PURCHASING STOCK FOR WEBSITES & AUCTIONS such as E-BAY, YAHOO, ETC
While dropshipping is a wonderful concept for auctions and other internet businesses, it still does not equal to actually having the physical possession of merchandise.  You have a guarantee that the merchandise is available because you have it in your possession. 

 

 

RETURN POLICY
We have a 15 day 100% guarantee on merchandise from the date of delivery.  You must contact us using the Contact Us Form to make arraignments for any returns.  Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise or you will void any and all return rights.  We will provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where.  All orders returned, for other than damages will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping.  There are no exceptions to this rule, so check your merchandise carefully upon receipt of order ASAP.

 

SHIPPING PART 1 (IN THE CONTINENTAL USA ONLY)
Orders are processed most of the time in approx. 2 BUSINESS days of receipt and clearing of payment, and should arrive in 7 BUSINESS days or less after processing, not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays for a total of 9 BUSINESS days or less.  Merchandise is shipped from our warehouses in California or New Mexico.  Shipping is via UPS unless going to a PO Box, then it goes via USPS which is not trackable by us and may require an extra few days, due to the post office.  All items carry insurance and must be signed for.  If you request on your order for "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED", and U.P.S. or U.S.P.S. signs off that it has been delivered and the order is missing from your residency or business, or is damaged, then the liability will be strictly and solely yours.

  • Shipping is $8.95 minimum or approx. 8-10% retail, (24.3%wholesale).  If you are charged more for shipping than what we would have charged you, we will refund the difference.

    • Examples:

      • 1. one or multiple items on the same order, going to the same address, at the same time of purchase, costing below approx. $40 wholesale ships for $8.95 anywhere in the continental U.S.A.

      • 2. one or multiple items on the same order, going to the same address, at the same time of purchase, costing above approx. $40 wholesale ships for 24.3% of the wholesale total anywhere in the continental U.S.A.  If you are charged more for shipping than what we would have charged you, we will refund the difference.


     

  • We do have available the DHL 3 day RUSH which is prohibitively expensive at approx 40% of the wholesale cost of the merchandise and carries a minimum of $20 - $25.  WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING DHL UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY due to the cost.  Examples: a $100 order can ship for $40-$50 DHL and a $1 order can ship for $20 - $25 due to the minimum.  If you are charged more for shipping than what we would have charged you, we will refund the difference.


SHIPPING PART 2 : (IN ALASKA, HAWAII, PR, GUAM, VIRGIN ISLANDS, APOs/FPOs)
Alaska, Hawaii , Guam, Puerto Rico, US Military Bases:  Shipping cost are $20.00 MINIMUM or approx. 38% to 48% of the Wholesale Order, whichever is greater, and ships Air Mail Only taking 2 weeks for delivery.  If you are charged more for shipping than what we would have charged you, we will refund the difference.

 

 

SHIPPING PART 3 : INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We apologize, but we no longer ship internationally.  However, we will dropship to any state in the United States, PR, Guam, Virgin Islands, APOs/FPOs for our international partners and businesses.

 

SHIPPING PART 4 : DISCOUNTS ON SHIPPING & FREE SHIPPING

Approximately 40-50% rebate on shipping on Orders of $800+ of MerchandiseAvailable only in the Continental 48.  Freight orders, [orders, $800 and up], will be credited back the difference in the shipping charges, as at this level, freight charges are approximately 10% of the wholesale cost of the merchandise, which means approx 4% of the retail cost.

Drop shipment or drop shipping is a type of retailing where "YOU" the online retailer, do not keep goods in stock, but instead passes the customer's order and shipment details to the wholesaler, who then dispatches the goods to the customer directly. The retailer makes their profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price.

How To Get Started!

  • Register with KNE Wholesale if you haven’t already done so,

  • Our catalogs have a blank space on the back in which you can place your contact info.

  • When your customer orders from you and you have collected the funds, you then order from us using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal for faster service.  Checks & Money Orders ordered by fax or mail require clearing of funds and can delay your order.

  • Upon checkout, your information goes in the billing section and your customer’s info goes in the shipping section.  KNE CATSKILL GIFTS WHOLESALE does not appear on any info in the dropship order.  The order is blindshipped or in other words, sent by you and not by KNE CATSKILL GIFTS WHOLESALEOur name, telephone, email, contact info is not on the package or invoice.  The invoice reflects you and your business.  The outside package comes from a generic name, "Fulfillment Center", for insurance purposes, as all of our shipments, ship insured.  You don't need to have the merchandise shipped to you, and then from you to your customer, thus cutting down double shipping and increasing profit.

  • Please make sure that you have the correct address of the shipping party.  Once an order is placed, and an online number number has been generated, the item is considered sold.  Make sure you have qualified your customers, and that you know whom you are dealing with. 

There are NO DROPSHIPPING FEES, NO MINIMUM PURCHASES, NO SIGN-UP OR MEMBERSHIP FEES!  The only cost is the cost of the item and the cost of shipping whether it be to you or your customer on your behalf.  This increases your profit and virtual inventory!
